Fischer TE41 is high accuracy, very low temperature coefficient temperature transmitter for thermocouple, RTD, Pt100, Ni100 input temperature sensor element. It can be programmed or configured for input element and output signal with damping, signal delay, via programming kit and a PC.

It is also available in explosion proof or flameproof version with ATEX EEx 'ia', for hazardous area Zone 0, 1 and 2.

Fischer TE41 is state-of-art analog current output digital head transmitter for temperature measurement of fluid and gases. It accepts input signal from thermocouples (TC), resistance thermometers (RTD), resistance transmitters and voltage transmitters. It can be easily installed in any industry-standard terminal head (form B, BUS, BUSH, S79, BBK).

It can be programmed as per application requirement with help of programming kit and a PC. Programming can be done at lab or onsite.

Input type: TE41 is compatible with Pt100, Ni100 RTD sensor element con. EN 60751 as well as with thermocouple sensor con. to EN 60584. Cold junction is available as internal Pt100 or external temperature.

Output: user programmable for 4~20mA or 20~4mA, with 2-wire loop connection.

Fischer TE01 uses Pt100 thermoresistance element for measuring media temperature of the process. Due to its high stability of material stainless steel 1.4571, it can be used for nearly all aggressive media.

Working Principle:

Resistance values of measuring element Pt100 sensor changes with change in temperature. This change is converted, indicated and transmitted via internal electronic module of TE01. Electronic transmission signals are available in form of 0~20mA or 4~20mA via 3-wire connections.
